Our level of support can be tailored to your needs, from monthly content updates to page creation and post uploads or advanced web design and development. Also, we can provide training to you and your team if you’d prefer to do website changes in-house. We are upfront about requests and your dedicated account manager will let you know in advance if we can address them straight away or require additional development time. We review each month and plan for the next if the work requires carrying across into the following months. Support requests usually come in via email/phone and we use a management tool where requests are logged and progress tracked.
